What would you think of newlyweds planning a wedding in November? And most of it in the open air? That they like darkness, damp and cold? That they don't know Russian - and they meant July?

When we hear about a wedding in November, we immediately think of Lake Como. This Italian lake is our love. It is off the beaten tourist paths, and therefore it is quiet, there is no fuss. Ancient mountains face the crystal water of the lake, there are tiny towns scattered around, more like scenery for fairy-tale movies, there is a wonderful castle-hotel. All in all, Como is one of the most beautiful places in Italy. Although we appreciate Como, among other things, for its crowdedness, we actively introduce it to our colleagues in the organization of weddings. Even holds an annual conference of wedding professionals there.

And it was in November that we held Anna and Leonid's wedding there, which became our calling card.

It was a warm, very family-oriented wedding. Not only by our efforts, but also by the forces of nature itself, it became perfectly harmonious. The sun that day gave such light that our photographer clicked his tongue with delight - and shot, shot, shot, admiring every frame.

The bridesmaids' dresses repeated in color the reflection of the sky in the lake water and the pastel colors of the town.
The beetle-cabriolet, not modern, but truly Italian and very nice, looked perfect against the background of the paving stones.
Golden autumn leaves emphasized the warm color of the bride's skin. Cozy and homely roses on the tablecloths harmonized with the family mood.

Perhaps, someone will find this format of wedding simple - there were no celebrities, no rumble and glitter of fireworks, no bright luxury. But it was important for us to emphasize the harmony of the couple - and Leonid and Anna prefer silence and tenderness to loud fun, dignity to ostentatious wealth, and a warm circle of the closest people to a lot of friends.

We will remember this wedding for a long time. And Lake Como will forever remember the words of the vows that Anna and Leonid made over its eternal waters.
